CFO Solutions provides support to its’ clients via two primary models; contractual support and or/project based activities.

In our work with contract clients we become an integral part of the client organization, participating in the day to day business activities. This enables us to become intimate with the all aspects of the business and to develop relationships with key members of the management team. As a result, we are able to provide analysis and advice across a broader spectrum of business activities.

The focus of project based activities is generally more narrow in scope and is designed to enable the client to make a decision on a specific business issue.
